Website Accuracy: Although every effort is made to maintain accuracy, the website should not be regarded as an infallible guide to the current specifications of any particular product and the material contained in this website is for information purposes only.
Delivery: Our aim is for you receive your order the next working day, provided your item(s) are in stock. The vast majority of in stock items ordered before 4pm on a working day are shipped that day to be with you the next working day. If an item is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer for you, which usually takes between 2-6 working days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to the time of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In these circumstances, the customer should refer to our returns policy.
Back Orders: Due to items being constantly reviewed, amended or replaced, some items may be unavailable at the time of ordering.
If any items are unavailable they will automatically be placed on backorder and dispatched as soon as new stock arrives.
Returns: Customers who would like to return items should contact us either by telephone or email, indicating the reasons why they wish to return the item(s).
Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in an unused condition with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any special order items that are not normally held in our stock and have been specifically ordered for a customer are not subject to our 14 day return policy, this information will be explained at the time of your order. Goods will be exchanged or refunded free post if the mistake is ours, otherwise post and packing will be charged at cost. Customers returning items should use an insured delivery tariff, like Royal Mail's Special Delivery (before 1pm). We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in the post.
Data Protection: All personal information that customers provide us with is stored and processed lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not share customer information with third parties.
